Im 72 years old I hunt with a rifle, recurve bow, and plan to hunt with a crossbow. Please let me start with what promted me to write you, something that I really never do.This guy Bill Winke who wrote about scent control, is he for real, duct taping gloves, boots and his neck. The game is suppose to be enjoyable not work. Get real! Also These hunters that are in magazines that are hunting in Iowa then they are going to Texas tomorrow, also passing up a 10 point, because it does'nt have mass. Cut me a break, these are not your average hunter, I would have be lucky to get the weekend off to hunt! Also I remember when compound bows were on display at the local
archery shop, they were not legal yet. I said to my buddy, wow 30% let off! is this legal and would it be fair chase?
Well they legalized the compound. My point is leave the crossbow hunters alone, I'm sick and tired of the crying.
You got your compounds when they made them legal. After all its not a gun for Gods sake, if it shot an arrow out of a barrel with powder behind it you would have a complaint. Pa Sportsman Ike Laukhuff, Lancaster, Pa
