Diamond's very popular Ice Man is now called the Ice Man FLX ($849) because this Center Pivot riser bow is now adorned with the new FLX Guard cable containment system designed at BowTech. The FLX Guard compensates for the side torque created by the offset of buss cables.
The Ice Man FLX is 31.5" long with a 7" brace height and IBO speed of 308-315 fps. If you prefer a more traditional riser design, check out the Black Ice FLX ($699). It's also armed with the FLX Guard, has a 7.25" brace height, and is a hair faster at 310-318 fps.
Both the Ice Man FLX and the Black Ice FLX are single-cam bows, as are the Stud ($599) and the Rock 2.0 ($449). The Stud is a 33.25" bow. The Rock 2.0, measuring a couple of inches shorter, is designed for short-draw archers.
The only dual-cam bows at Diamond are the youth models, the Razor Edge ($299) and the new Nuclear Ice ($169), a 22.75" bow with beyond-parallel limbs and draw length adjustability of 14"-24".
