Badlands Redesigns Popular Pack
The folks at Badlands recently gave their 2200 pack an overhaul. At the center of the improved 2200 is its "batwing" layout. The bat-wings increase load control by adding more compression. Gear pockets on the exterior of the batwings provide easy access to your hunting accessories. Longer objects, like tripods and spotting scopes, can be carried in the zippered openings at the top of the pack. The company also improved the thermo-molded, memory foam waist belt with a new split-belt design. Other features of this 2,200-cubic-inch pack include an internal T-6 aluminum frame, deep channels in the back panel for better airflow, a larger opening into the interior via the back panel access, silent zippers that are housed to eliminate unnecessary wear, and integrated hydration capabilities.
