Vapor Trail Limb Driver Rest

Vapor Trail Archery's Limb Driver drop-away arrow rest is virtually failsafe. This rest does not respond to movement of the down buss cable or the cableguard slide, but rather the bow limbs. A taut cord attached to the upper limb maintains the launcher in the down position. As you draw, the cord relaxes and the spring-loaded launcher rises into shooting position. At the release, it guides the arrow for about 70 percent of the power cycle before it drops out of the way. In the unlikely event of a cord failure, the launcher springs into the shooting position and, based on my tests, still allows you to shoot accurately. The Limb Driver retails for around $99
