All-new 5.0 and upgraded FMJ shafts lead the way into the new year.

Easton Launches 2025 Hunting Arrows

Easton Technical Products today launched its 2025 product lineup, highlighted by an all-new arrow for bowhunters seeking maximum versatility and an upgrade to the company’s wildly popular Full Metal Jacket line.

5MM Easton 5.0

The Easton 5.0 is an all-new, lightweight, small-diameter hunting arrow designed for bowhunters seeking a versatile shaft that offers multiple setup options. Built on a micro-diameter, 5mm Acu-Carbon platform, the Easton 5.0 reduces friction for enhanced penetration and decreases wind resistance for greater accuracy and higher velocity downrange. The lighter overall mass weight of the Easton 5.0 also allows for a versatile range of arrow setup options, from lightweight speed builds to high-FOC configurations.

Made in the USA using Easton’s seamless Acu-Carbon process and high-modulus carbon fiber, the 5.0 ensures consistent weight and spine in every shaft and across every dozen. Available in six spine sizes (200, 250, 300, 340, 400, and 500) that range in weight from 6.2-10.6 grains per inch, the Easton 5.0 accommodates virtually all bowhunting setups. The 5.0 features Easton’s new 5MM Microlite Nock (8 grains) that includes a more compact nock body and a redesigned throat for better string fit and enhanced tunability. Easton 5.0 shafts are available in both Standard (±.003-inch) and Match Grade (±.001-inch) straightness options. Standard shafts are available fletched with 2-inch Blazer vanes, while Match Grade shafts are available fletched with 3-inch AAE Hybrid Stealth vanes in a helical configuration.

Easton 5MM FMJ MAX

Easton’s FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) has been the company’s flagship hunting arrow for years; no surprise considering the incredible number of animals bowhunters harvest with them each year! For 2025, Easton is taking the FMJ to a whole new level with the introduction of the 5MM FMJ MAX. The new FMJ MAX combines the renowned power of Full Metal Jacket arrows with the added velocity of a lighter weight platform. Engineered for versatile, blended performance, FMJ MAX allows for faster speeds to the target or higher FOC arrow builds to boost accuracy.

Made in the USA, the 5MM FMJ MAX features a seamless Easton Acu-Carbon core fused with a precision aluminum jacket. The synergy of combining carbon and aluminum creates greater ballistic efficiency, higher energy at impact and increases momentum, making it the ideal shaft for taking down big game. The aluminum outer jacket also makes FMJ arrows a breeze to remove from targets, enhancing your practice time on the range.

FMJ MAX arrows are available in five spine sizes (200, 250, 300, 340 and 400) in weights that range from 9-13.3 grains per inch. They come with Easton’s new 5mm Microlite Nocks (8 grains) and can be built using either 16-grain HIT inserts or 50-grain steel half-outs. FMJ MAX arrows are available in both Standard (±.003-inch) and Match Grade (±.001-inch) straightness options. Standard shafts are available fletched with 2-inch Blazer vanes, while Match Grade shafts are available fletched with 3-inch AAE Hybrid Stealth vanes in a helical configuration.

5MM Match Grade Half-Outs

Bowhunters who like to customize their arrow setup for maximum performance in the field will appreciate Easton’s new 5MM Match Grade Half-Outs. Representing the pinnacle of precision and durability, these Half-Outs are available in 55-grain (aluminum) and 75-grain (half steel) versions in nine sizes to fit the full spectrum of Easton 5mm arrow shafts.

5MM Match Grade Half-Outs feature a two-piece design that incorporates a sleeved impact collar that is fused to the post and substantially covers the front of the arrow to increase impact protection versus regular components. A two-piece design also allows for multiple materials to be used to increase strength-to-weight ratios and offer multiple weight options. The new 5MM Match Grade Half-Outs use Easton’s patent-pending sleeved design with an integrated molded alignment ring for perfect shaft fitment.
