Excalibur Crossbow is rewriting the rules of the compound crossbow market with the Hybrid X — a breakthrough in durability, reliability, and raw performance. The Hybrid X merges Excalibur's legendary recurve durability with an all-new, state-of-the-art InnerDrive compound cam system, making it the first expedition-grade compound crossbow ever built.

Designed for the diehard hunters who demand performance and don't want to compromise reliability to get it, the Hybrid X features real speeds up to 435 FPS and an ultra-narrow, maneuverable profile, measuring just a 5.3-inch axle-to-axle. This compound crossbow is the first in the industry to allow hunters to change strings and cables, or adjust cam timing in the field, without a press. Simply put, the Hybrid X is far beyond just another crossbow with cams — it’s the first compound crossbow built to get the job done, no matter what.

At the heart of the Hybrid X is the InnerDrive Cam System, a fusion of power, precision, and protection. This fully shielded inboard cam system is built into a caged riser, ensuring maximum durability, while Excalibur’s reverse recurve limb design keeps the crossbow sleek, narrow, and highly maneuverable. InnerDrive’s unique design reduces downward string pressure during cycles, extending string life and minimizing failure risk — all while delivering relentless accuracy and uncompromising power.

The Hybrid X is built to hit harder, maneuver better, and perform flawlessly when it matters most — all while delivering the premium features that define the Excalibur legacy:

  • ChargerX Integrated Crank — The easiest, safest cocking and decocking system available, making in-the-field maintenance effortless.
  • Streamlined Stock — Optimized for balance, comfort, and all-day carry, weighing just 8.3 lbs bare, 10.3 lbs fully accessorized.
  • Ceasefire Anti-Dry Fire System — Ensures fail-safe operation, preventing accidental dry-firing.
  • Premium Trigger — Crisp and consistent-inducing shot after shot confidence.

“At Excalibur, we don’t compromise. We build the world’s toughest, most reliable crossbows — and the Hybrid X is proof of that commitment,” said Todd Snader, Brand Manager at Excalibur Crossbow. “This is how we do compound crossbows — with brute reliability, bulletproof strength, and unshakable confidence in the field.”

The Hybrid X will be available through authorized Excalibur dealers, as well as direct from Excalibur Crossbow. For more information, visit www.excaliburcrossbow.com.
