Archer's have a number of options when deciding on a new rest. For compound shooters who ask for the best in quality gear, manufacturers and engineers bring to life top end products with hunter friendly features including easy tunability, adequate arrow clearance, drop-away technology, full-capture designs and durable construction. Combining two popular functions, drop away technology and full capture characteristics, Vital Hunting Gear has introduced the newest member in their popular archery rest line, the Kaz-Away fall away arrow rest. The Kaz can easily be installed in minutes and offers micro adjustment. The drop tether can be attached to the downard buss cable or to the cable guard slide. Vital Gear's fall away rests are unlike any on the market. The Double Claw system works as an auto clamp that holds the arrow at any angle when the bow isn't drawn back. Once the bow is drawn back and the rest is pulled up, the auto system unlocks and pivots out of the way and the arrow is ready for flight. Once the string is released, the arrow falls down and out of the arrows path. Now when sitting in a tree stand or walking through tight timber, there will be no worries that your arrow will fall off the rest. The Kaz is also adjustable for drop distance so you can tune for arrow clearance and proper flight. Vital Gear recommends that fall away rests be shot with the cock vane/feather up or out.
