LimbSaver's new Proton is the company's first split-limb bow, and the company says it offers incredible shootability for a rig that produces IBO arrow speeds of 330 fps. The Proton measures 32 1/2 inches between the axles, has 80-percent letoff, a 7-inch brace height and weighs just 3.8 pounds thanks to a new, streamlined riser profile. The rock-solid, straight riser design is supported by LimbSaver's new limb-forward pocketless technology and new high-performance split limbs, which are balanced and matched at the factory for superior performance.
The Proton also allows archers to independently adjust the top and bottom limbs in precise, two-pound increments with patent-pending PowerLock Adjustment technology. Other highlights include modular H.E.A.T. cam, streamlined torque-free hardwood grip, Winner's Choice custom string and cables and a complete LimbSaver dampening package. Peak draw weights from 50-70 pounds and draw lengths from 25 1/2-30 1/2 inches. MSRP: $749.99
