New Arrows & Accessories for 2025

Arrow manufacturers up the ante every year to give bowhunters a fresh selection of killer shafts, and these are no different!

New Arrows & Accessories for 2025

I just penned an article for Bowhunter Magazine about the stresses of arrow choice. There's so much to consider. From FOC to nock collars to diameter, the list goes on. The fact of the matter is that bowhunters, thanks to the efforts of arrow manufacturers, have more options than ever.

Bowhunters can select speedy lightweight shafts, fast-flying middleweights that fly quietly and penetrate like crazy, or a heavy arrow that punches through bone and better resists wind drift.

While you'll have to wait a bit for that article to publish, you don't have to wait to start researching and planning what arrows you'll fill your quiver with in 2025. Here are some of the very best.

Easton 5.0

Easton 5.0

New from Easton, the 5.0 is an ultra-versatile lightweight shaft that allows the bowhunter several setup options. You can build the 5.0 to be a flamethrower or a middleweight via the 50-grain steel one-piece Half-Out inserts and HIT Collars. 5MM HIT Inserts are also available. The new 5MM Microlite Nock is ultra-compact with a redesigned throat that maximizes string fit and enhances arrow tunability. The Easton 5.0 comes in Standard and Match Grade options in spine sizes 200, 250, 300, 340, 400, and 500. This arrow is sleek and slim, and according to those who've tested the shaft, it is accurate and penetrates like crazy.

Gold Tip Pierce LRT Hunting Arrow

Gold Tip Pierce LRT Hunting Arrow

Gold Tip's original Pierce shafts are a favorite of many bowhunters. For 2025, these quiver-fillers sport tighter tolerances and improved components to ensure every archer achieves maximum downrange accuracy. A micro-diameter tactical hunting arrow, the Pierce LRT ensures increased penetration and less wind drift due to the smaller diameter of the arrow, which gives the wind less surface area to press against. A patent-pending component system means the 44-grain Ballistic Insert System goes in straight every time, and the Dyna-SlickShield arrow coating boosts penetration and eases arrow removal from foam targets.

Sorted to perfection to ensure maximum arrow-to-arrow performance, you don't need to worry about consistent spine, straightness, and weight. These shafts are available in spine sizes 300, 350, 400, and 500. They come in .001-inch and .003-inch straightness, and the bright yellow cresting boosts in-flight and post-shot visibility. Black Eagle offers several upgraded components to customize your arrows better and achieve the ideal FOC for your setup.

Carbon Express Predator Air

We've seen some fantastic project offerings from Carbon Express over the years, and 2025 is no different. A premium arrow at a pleasing price point, Carbon Express' Predator Air arrows are light, durable, and scary-accurate. G5 Mark Series 203

G5 Mark Series 203

G5s Mark Series 203 arrows are tougher than nails and are available in bare and pre-fletched shafts. The .203-inch inside diameter arrows come with 23-grain aluminum half-out inserts with an aluminum sleeve to add an element of protection without creating a too-heavy arrow build. A machined aluminum nock bushing reduces backend arrow damage, and the shafts are available in 250, 300, 350, and 400 spines.

UltraView UV 1K

They are expensive, but according to those who've slung them downrange, they are worth every penny. UltraView's UV 1K arrows are pre-fletched with 2.875-inch long, .5-inch tall UV vanes and come pre-cut to your specific length. Each six-pack comes with all-white vanes and 4mm black nocks, which boosts aesthetics. The real story, though, is the hybrid 4.5 diameter, which falls between what has become the accepted small diameter 4mm norm and the standard arrow norm of 5mm. The ice coating allows easy arrow removal from foam targets, and this coating, along with the arrow's micro-build, should boost penetration on big-game animals. The UV 1K comes in 250, 300, and 350 spine sizes, with 100-grain UV Field Points and 75-grain dual-material, steel-core aluminum outserts.

Victory VAP SS

It isn't new, but this arrow deserves attention. Vicotry's VAP SS comes in Elite (+/- .001-inch straightness), Gamer (+/-.003-inch straightness), and Sport (+/- .006-inch straightness) options. We recommend the Elite, which promises an ultra-small diameter build, maximum speed, reduced wind drift, and uncanny downrange penetration. The advanced 3K Carbon Weave ensures less torque and faster arrow recovery, and every arrow is digital spine aligned for boosted accuracy and maximum shot-to-shot consistency. Multiple insert options allow bowhunters to tailor every VAP SS build to their liking.

Easton FMJ Max

ata2025-arrows-easton2
Easton FMJ Max

Easton's newest FMJ build is a winner. With a GPI (grains per inch) rating lighter than the original FMJ, the all-new Max provides power, speed, and pinpoint accuracy. A seamless Acu-Carbon core fused with a top-tier aluminum jacket provides undeniable accuracy and insane downrange penetration, and these shafts pull like butter from stubborn foam targets. The 5mm Microlite Nock System features shorter ears and an improved throat design for boosted shot-to-shot consistency, ensuring more downrange forgiveness and easier tuning. The hard-anodized OD Green matte diamond plate finish is stunning, and the arrows are available in five spine sizes and pre-fletched with 2-inch Blazer vanes (Standard) or 3-inch AAE Hybrid Stealth vanes (Match Grade).

Iron Will 2.5 Vanes

ata2025-arrows-ironwill
Iron Will 2.5 Vanes

When you think of Iron Will, your mind likely drifts to durable, sharp, killing fixed-blade broadheads. Rightly, Iron Will makes some great ones, but for 2025, this broadhead maker adds the 2.5 Vanes to its product line. A result of a two-year University of Colorado study to optimize stability and accuracy with broadheads, Iron Will's 2.5 Vanes should help minimize wind drag and drift and help hush arrows in flight. Iron Will also emphasizes using a higher stiffness vane material, which they believe has excellent dampening to eliminate in-flight flutter while providing enhanced vane durability.
