After working on a log cabin build, West Virginia native Terry Phillips had a heap of leftover pine scraps at his disposal. Instead of using them for kindling or trashing them outright, creative inspiration set in that led to a true masterpiece that any outdoorsmen would appreciate: a massive (and beautiful) trophy mount that's worthy of hanging next to any of the top bucks near and far.
Working off and on, the project last six months and according to Phillips, the buck would net in the high 240's typical!
Our sibling site, North American Whitetail, has a complete photo gallery of Terry's amazing work. Definitely worth a "click" of your time!
