LaCrosse Ursa ES & LS

Anything stamped with the LaCrosse brand is always a solid performer, and the new URSA series would certainly be a pleaser for the Western hunter. Adding to the popular URSA MS from last year, the new URSA ES and LS are specifically designed for the warmer early season (ES) hunts or if you need some added protection for the late season (LS) grind. Built to handle the most punishing conditions, the uppers of the URSA combine a suede material with a lightweight, abrasion-resistant nylon that is capped with a PU-coated leather mudguard for added durability. The molded PU footbed coupled with a lightweight EVA midsole and Vibram outsole delivers shock absorption performance during those grueling backcountry hunts, while the Bi-Fit stability board evenly distributes weight to help fight foot fatigue and enhance comfort. The Gore-Tex lining provides both breathability and 100% dry performance, and with the 4-way stretch collar, annoying debris is kept out while the ankle is firmly protected. The beefier LS option sports a Vibram Outsole with traction Lug Technology for those often slippery conditions, while also sporting a PrimaLoft Gold insulation and 360-degree rubber mud guard for superior abrasion resistance and durability.

Dryshod Evalusion Max Gusset

Offering a new benchmark in performance, Dryshod expands its popular Evalusion hunting boot series with the new Evalusion Max Gusset. Weighing nearly a pound lighter than its predecessor, the Evalusion Max Gusset features the multi-lug tread designed DUREVA outsole that employs a fusion compound that eliminates the need for a secondary rubber sole while still providing energy return with each step and maximum support. For added temperature and breathability, the Max Gusset also sports a four-way stretch airmesh lining beneath the 5mm DENSOPRENE foam bootie, while the integrated polar fleece lining ensures a broad comfort range from -50 to 65 degrees. And with the larger, improved rear gusset and buckle system, it easily expands to provide room for extra layers when needed while also providing a solid fit without the need to expand.

Irish Setter Vaprtrek

Building upon the success of the original Vaprtrek athletic hunting boot, Irish Setter raises the bar with a new beefier option in the family. Designed for long-lasting comfort, durability and performance, the redesigned Vaprtrek still offers an athlete feel, but with a little less weight and even more durability thanks to a blend of full-grain leather and abrasion-resistant fabric uppers that offer a natural flex area in the forefoot when needed in rugged terrain. Enhancing support, Irish Setter added internal and external ankle pods and a lightweight Rubber Hex Lite outsole with multi-direction lugs that are ideal for rugged terrain while the beefier Armatec TPU heel and a rubber sole wrap-up extends up from the outsole for additional durability. An energy-returning EVA footbed minimizes foot fatigue while also providing some extra bounce when the trail miles seem endless, and to ensure your feet stay dry and foot funk is kept at bay, Irish Setter also incorporated UltraDry waterproofing with ScentBan technology. The updated Vaprtrek is offered in both uninsulated models or with 400 grams of PrimaLoft insulation.
