Cabela's Ibex Hunting Boots by Meindl will keep your feet happy on the longest backcountry treks. The 9-inch boots weigh 3.2 pounds per pair. The specially designed angled tread and ground-grabbing cleats of its Meindl multi-grip outsole provide sure footing on the roughest terrain. The boot's soft poly-urethane wedge midsole absorbs shock and saves your knees and back. The upper is made of waterproof split leather and breathable, waterproof nylon. A breathable Gore-Tex liner completes the waterproof package. Other features include 200-gram Thinsulate Insulation for lightweight warmth; a soft, padded tongue; a rubber rock-guard; and a rigid heel counter that keeps your heel in place. The boots are built narrow in the heel to help prevent blisters and wide in the forefoot so your foot has room to spread. It's available in men's sizes 7-12, medium width (half sizes to 12).
