The FlashPoint RedZone ($218.95) features Black Gold's unique photochromatic technology. In low light the fiber-optic pins glow brightly, but in bright sunlight a SkyCoil shell over the fibers turns purple, tempering the brightness of the pins. The FiberTrack all-metal pins are tough, and the optical fiber is safely embedded in the edge of the blade-style pins. The bottom two pins are red -- hence the name RedZone -- to remind you where to look on longer shots.
For adjusting pin location, Black Gold's Inch Wheel Adjustment System includes small thumbwheels calibrated so one complete turn equals approximately 1" at 20 yds. You can adjust the entire group of pins at once or adjust them individually. The FlashPoint RedZone has true 2nd and 3rd axis adjustability. Or you can opt for the HD model with a new, simpler base.
