The idea of carrying only one optic for glassing and ranging has appealed to me for years, and that's why Bushnell's Fusion 1600 ARC ($1,335) bino immediately caught my eye. This fully waterproof 10x42 binocular features BAK-4 roof prisms, built-in battery life indicator, twist-up eyepieces, and fully multicoated optics with RainGuard HD coating.
The built-in laser rangefinder measures distances from 10-1,600 yards, and ARC (Angle Range Compensating) technology calculates the angle to the target and gives the true horizontal distance for bowhunters. This built-in rangefinder also has rifle settings. The display employs state-of-the-art Vivid Display Technology for improved light transmission, plus four user-adjustable intensity settings for legible readings under all light conditions, dim to bright.
