Equipment Notes: youth/short-draw bows

PSE's X-Force SS SD is a short-draw speedster measuring 26" axle to axle. At the heart of this bow is its new LF (Little Fast) Cam System; an aggressive cam that maximizes energy storage and power stroke, and uses the same modules as the company's NRG Hybrid Cam for a draw length of 22"-26". Brace height is 63„4". Letoff is 70%.

Other features include a reflexed riser with setup reference marks, past-parallel limbs, B.E.S.T. grip, eight Vibracheck damping devices, and a Mossy Oak New Break-Up paint job. It's available right and left-handed in peak weights of 50 and 60 lbs (PSE, Inc., 520/884-9065, www.pse-archery.com ).
